Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- mild Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- browned sausage - 1 lb
- to 12 eggs - 9 item
- slices bread, cubed or pulled - 4 item
How to make egg casserole:
Brown sausage and drain. Cube bread. Add all other ingredients. Put in a bowl with lid. Refrigerate overnight. Next morning, take out and pour into casserole dish. Bake at 325° to 350° for 1 hour until brown and cooked, no lid. Do not stir while baking.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
