Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 3 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • mild Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
  • browned sausage - 1 lb
  • to 12 eggs - 9 item
  • slices bread, cubed or pulled - 4 item

How to make egg casserole:

Brown sausage and drain. Cube bread. Add all other ingredients. Put in a bowl with lid. Refrigerate overnight. Next morning, take out and pour into casserole dish. Bake at 325° to 350° for 1 hour until brown and cooked, no lid. Do not stir while baking.
