Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1-1/2 c
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
  • onions, finely chopped - 1/2 c
  • cooked ham, cubed - 2 c
  • Pepper to taste - 1 item
  • sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 c
  • crushed crackers 1/4 lb - 2/3 c
  • Salt to taste remember crackers have salt on them - 1 item

How to make egg casserole:

Cook onions in butter until tender. Combine all ingredients into casserole and bake at 350° for 45 - 50 minutes until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. (I usually double this recipe and put in a 9 x 13 pan.)
