Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1-1/2 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- onions, finely chopped - 1/2 c
- cooked ham, cubed - 2 c
- Pepper to taste - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 c
- crushed crackers 1/4 lb - 2/3 c
- Salt to taste remember crackers have salt on them - 1 item
How to make egg casserole:
Cook onions in butter until tender. Combine all ingredients into casserole and bake at 350° for 45 - 50 minutes until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. (I usually double this recipe and put in a 9 x 13 pan.)Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
