Picadillo dip
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/4 c
- raisins - 1/2 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- can stewed tomatoes - 1 1/2
- tomato paste - 2 Tbsp
- cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp
- onion powder - 1/4 tsp
- cumin - 1 tsp
- fat free turkey grounded - 1 lb
How to make picadillo dip:
Lightly spray medium nonstick skillet with nonfat cooking spray, and heat over medium heat. Add turkey, cumin, garlic, onion and cayenne pepper to skillet; cook until no longer pink. Add tomatoes, water, tomato paste and raisins to turkey; cook until mixture starts to boil. Cover and reduce to low heat; simmer 10 minutes until heated through.
