Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- paprika - 1/8 tsp
- slices bread, cubed - 3 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 4 oz
- large Vidalia onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- can chunk ham - 1 item
How to make egg casserole:
Place bread cubes in greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Layer ham, cheese and onions over bread cubes. In mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk, mustard and paprika. Pour mixture over layered ingredients. Allow to stand 15 minutes. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes. Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
