• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour
• brown sugar - 1 c
• coconut - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• boiling water
• nuts - 1 c
• stick butter - 1 item
• cream - 1/2 c
• white sugar - 1 c
• allspice - 1 tsp
• oats - 1 c
• Mix remaining ingredients all together, adding eggs last

How to make oatmeal cake:

Pour boiling water over butter and oats; cool. Mix remaining ingredients all together, adding eggs last. Bake at 350°.Icing:1 stick butter2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. cream1 c. coconut1 c. nuts Mix together and heat until it blends. Pour over cake. Put back in oven for 5 minutes.
