- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- center cut pork chops - 8 item
- flour seasoned with salt - 1 item
How to make pork chops:
Dust pork chops lightly with flour. Dip chops into milk and egg mixture, then dredge in flour once more. Shake off excess flour. Fry in hot cooking oil over medium heat until lightly brown on both sides.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Pork chop.
