  • eggs - 8 item
  • milk - 3 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • melted margarine - 1/2 c
  • dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • slices bread, cubed - 12 item
  • crushed cornflakes
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • chopped broccoli - 2 c
  • cooked ham - 2 c

How to make brunch casserole:

Topping:2 c. crushed cornflakes1/2 c. melted margarine1 c. grated Cheddar cheese Grease 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer bread on bottom of pan, then ham, cheese and broccoli. Beat eggs well, add milk and beat again. Add salt and mustard; mix. Pour egg mixture evenly over the layers in pan. Add the topping mixture of cornflakes and margarine and then sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 325°, uncovered, for 1 hour.
