Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 8 item
- milk - 3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- slices bread, cubed - 12 item
- crushed cornflakes
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- chopped broccoli - 2 c
- cooked ham - 2 c
How to make brunch casserole:
Topping:2 c. crushed cornflakes1/2 c. melted margarine1 c. grated Cheddar cheese Grease 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer bread on bottom of pan, then ham, cheese and broccoli. Beat eggs well, add milk and beat again. Add salt and mustard; mix. Pour egg mixture evenly over the layers in pan. Add the topping mixture of cornflakes and margarine and then sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 325°, uncovered, for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
