- pecans - 1 c
- German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
- cream cheese - 1 (8
- box confectioners sugar - 1 lb
- stick margarine - 1 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- Pam spray - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, spray with Pam. Mix together coconut and pecan pieces. Pour in pan. Mix cake mix as directed on box. Pour over coconut and pecans.Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar, margarine and vanilla. Drop by spoonfuls over batter. Bake at 350° in a preheated oven for 50 minutes. Do not frost. Serve from pan.
