  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • flour
  • butter - 1 c
  • evaporated milk - 1/2 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • cocoa - 1/3 c
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • powdered sugar - 1 lb
  • pecans, chopped - 1 c
  • marshmallow cream - 1 pt
  • Add cocoa, sugar, eggs and flour

How to make mississippi mud cake:

Melt butter. Add cocoa, sugar, eggs and flour. Beat well. Add pecans and coconut. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Spread with marshmallow cream while still warm.Frosting:1 stick butter1/2 c. cocoa1/2 c. evaporated milk1 tsp. vanilla1 lb. powdered sugar pinch of salt1 c. pecans, chopped Beat first 6 ingredients together. Add pecans. Spread on top of marshmallow cream. Cool. Cut into squares and remove from pan.
