Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- flour
- butter - 1 c
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- marshmallow cream - 1 pt
- Add cocoa, sugar, eggs and flour
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Melt butter. Add cocoa, sugar, eggs and flour. Beat well. Add pecans and coconut. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Spread with marshmallow cream while still warm.Frosting:1 stick butter1/2 c. cocoa1/2 c. evaporated milk1 tsp. vanilla1 lb. powdered sugar pinch of salt1 c. pecans, chopped Beat first 6 ingredients together.
