Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- can apple or peach pie filling - 1 item
- eggs or 4 egg whites - 3 item
- spice or yellow cake mix may use lite mix - 1 pkg
How to make apple cinnamon cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Blend together cake, pie filling and eggs in a large bowl. Beat 2 minutes.Combine sugar and cinnamon. Spread 1/2 cake batter in greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle with half the sugar mix. Repeat with remaining batter and sugar. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Don't overbake.
