- pkg - 1 oz
- coconut - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 lb
- 25 oz - 1 (18
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- 1 stick butter or margarine, softened - 1/2 c
- white chocolate chips - 1/2 c
How to make earthquake cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Sprinkle coconut, pecans and white chocolate chips evenly in the bottom of a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.Mix cake mix according to directions on box and pour over mixture in pan.
In a medium bowl, thoroughly blend cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Drop by spoonfuls onto cake mixture, covering entire surface. Do not stir! Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
