Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 8 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- coconut - 2 c
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- pecans - 2 c
- German chocolate cake mix - 1 pkg
How to make earthquake cake:
Butter and flour bottom and sides of 13 x 9-inch pan. Spread pecans on bottom and coconut on top of pecans. Mix cake mix in bowl as directed and pour over pecans and coconut. Mix butter, sugar, cream cheese and vanilla. Pour over batter and swirl. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until done. Leave in pan, then pig out!!!Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
