- onion soup mix - 1 item
- green peppers - 2 item
- large head cabbage - 1 item
- large onions - 6 item
- whole tomatoes fresh or canned - 1 item
- large bunch celery - 1 item
How to make diet soup:
Cut vegetables and cover with water in a large pot. Boil for 10 minutes. Cover. Lower heat and simmer until vegetables are soft. Season with soup mix while boiling.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, One Dish meal.
