Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1/3 c
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- curry powder - 1 tsp
- bananas, sliced - 2 item
- jar maraschino cherries - 1/2 item
- can pineapple chunks - 16 oz
- can fruit cocktail - 29 oz
How to make curried fruit:
In medium saucepan melt butter. Drain all fruit and mix together. Combine curry, sugar and cornstarch. Add to fruit mixture. Stir gently. Top with extra cherries. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cold with ice cream or Cool Whip.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Side dish, Tropical fruits.
