How to make chinese chicken wings:
Fold chicken wings under to make a triangle. Melt butter in large skillet; add wings and onion. Cook until brown on both sides, about 10 minutes. Drain pineapple; reserve syrup and measure it and orange juice to make 1/4 cup liquid. Blend together the soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, ginger, salt, mace, Tabasco and dry mustard; pour over wings. Simmer for 30 minutes, or until tender, basting once or twice. Remove wings together. Thicken sauce with cold water and cornstarch; blend with hot liquid. Add to hot mixture the pineapple chunks; bring to a boil. Serve chicken wings and sauce with steamed rice.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Condiments, etc..
