Cranberry salad



  • cream cheese
  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • Knox gelatine - 1 pkg
  • small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • raspberry jello - 1 pkg
  • pecan pieces - 1 pkg
  • small can mandarin oranges - 1 item
  • large can whole berry cranberry sauce - 1 item

How to make cranberry salad:

Soften cream cheese. Drain oranges and pineapple. Take juice and enough water to make 2 cups liquid. Bring to a boil and add jello and gelatine. Cool and add to sour cream and soft cream cheese. Put in blender and blend until smooth. Put in refrigerator until slightly thickened. Add drained oranges, pineapple, whole berries, juice and pecan pieces. Stir until well blended. Pour in dish, 9 x 14-inches. Chill until firm.

A great salad for Thanksgiving.
