Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/3 c
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- curry powder - 1/2 tsp
- jar maraschino cherries - 1 item
- can pineapple chunks - 1 item
- cans fruit for salad or chunky mixed fruit - 2 item
- bananas, cut in large slices - 4 item
How to make curried fruit:
Drain fruit. Combine sugar, cornstarch and curry. Add melted butter to fruit. Add sugar mixture to fruit. Pour into 8-inch square baking dish. Bake 40 minutes at 350°. Serves 8.Serve with entree, not as a salad.
