Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 1/2
- brown sugar
- butter - 1/2 c
- curry powder - 2 Tbsp
- jar maraschino cherries - 1 oz
- can pineapple chunks - 1 oz
- can sliced pineapple - 1 oz
- can peach halves - 1 oz
- can pear halves - 1 item
- cans apricot halves - 2 oz
How to make fruit curry:
Drain fruit. Alternate fruit in layers with sliced pineapple and cherries on top.Combine sugar, butter and curry; sprinkle on top of fruit. Bake 1 hour at 325°. Serves 16.
