Ingredients/Components

  • brown sugar - 1/3 c
  • curry powder - 1 tsp
  • large can pineapple chunks - 1 item
  • large can pear halves - 1 item
  • margarine melted - 1/4 c
  • large can apricot halves - 1 item

How to make curried fruit:

Drain fruits reserving 2 Tbsp. of each juice. Arrange fruit in baking dish. Combine juices, melted margarine, brown sugar, and curry powder. Mix well and drizzle over fruit. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 20 minutes. Good served with ham, turkey, or lamb. Serves 8 to 10.
