  • sugar - 1 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • water
  • chopped celery - 3/4 c
  • cherry gelatin - 1 pkg
  • raw cranberries - 2 c
  • broken nuts - 1/2 item
  • diced apples - 1/2 c

How to make cranberry salad:

Combine cranberries, water and sugar. Cook until cranberries pop and continue to cook 5 minutes. Pour over gelatin; let cool. Then add celery, apples, nuts and salt. Chill until set.
