Crock-pot macaroni and cheese
Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese for sauce - 2 c
- additional cheese for macaroni - 1 item
How to make crock-pot macaroni and cheese:
Mix flour, salt, dry mustard, pepper and milk. Microwave on High until it begins to thicken. Add margarine and 2 cups cheese. Cook macaroni until done.Turn crock-pot on high. Butter sides and bottom of crock-pot. Place layer of macaroni and layer of grated cheese until you use all macaroni. Cook on high 30 minutes. Turn to low (2 hours). Sprinkle top with paprika.
