Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 3/4 tsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- shredded cheese - 2 c
- chicken bouillon powder - 1 tsp
- cut up potatoes set aside - 6 c
How to make au gratin potatoes:
In saucepan, combine milk and flour; stir until smooth. Add margarine, chicken bouillon powder, paprika, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Add 2 cups shredded cheese and stir until smooth. Spread potatoes in 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour cheese mixture over potatoes and mix lightly. Bake 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make, Oven.
