- milk - 1 1
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated cheese - 2 c
How to make macaroni and cheese:
Husk and silk corn. Wrap each ear in waxed paper. Twist ends of paper. Arrange corn on paper towels. Allow at least 1 inch between ears. Microcook 1 ear about 2 minutes, 2 ears 3 to 4 minutes, 4 ears 6 to 7 minutes and 6 ears 8 to 10 minutes. Halfway through cooking rearrange corn and turn over or omit wrapping in waxed paper. Place husked and silked corn in baking dish. Microcook covered for times listed and rearranging.Recipe categories: Cheese, Pasta, Elbow macaroni.
