Ingredients/Components
- self-rising flour - 1/3 c
- cornflake crumbs - 1 c
- egg substitute - 1/2 c
- skinless boneless chicken breast halves - 6 item
How to make crispy oven-fried chicken:
Preheat the oven to 375°. Lightly spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.Roll chicken in flour, then dip in egg substitute and roll in cornflake crumbs. Place the coated chicken pieces on cookie sheet. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until tender.
