Chicken tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- soup can milk - 1 item
- onion, chopped
- spaghetti - 1/2 lb
- green pepper, chopped - 1 c
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- grated Monterey Jack cheese - 4 c
- cooked, deboned chicken, diced
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Cook spaghetti. Saute onion and pepper in 3 tablespoons of butter. Mix together soup and milk. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in large bowl. Place in baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly. (Can freeze after mixing all ingredients together and baking.)Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
