  • salt - 2 tsp
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • paprika - 1 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • fryer, cut up - 1 item

How to make oven-fried chicken:

Wash chicken pieces. Pat dry. Blend together the flour, oil, salt, pepper and paprika. Spread this coating over chicken pieces. Arrange in shallow pan. Bake at 400° for 1 hour or until tender.
