  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • American cheese - 1/2 lb
  • stalk celery - 1 item
  • potatoes, diced
  • dry onions - 1 item
  • carrot for color - 1/3 item

How to make cream of potato soup:

Add just enough water to cover first five ingredients. Simmer until tender. Add butter and cheese. When cheese melts, add milk. Thicken slightly.
