  • parsley - 1 item
  • cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
  • crawfish tails - 3 c
  • stalks celery, sliced - 2 item
  • medium onions, chopped - 4 item
  • medium bell peppers, chopped - 2 item
  • crawfish fat - 1 item
  • or more hot water - 1 c

How to make crawfish etouffee:

Heat skillet; add oil. Add onions, celery and peppers and cook until translucent. Add garlic, crawfish, salt, pepper, crawfish fat and water and let cook to desired thickness.
