Ingredients/Components
- cooking oil - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- parsley - 1 item
- cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
- crawfish tails - 3 c
- stalks celery, sliced - 2 item
- medium onions, chopped - 4 item
- medium bell peppers, chopped - 2 item
- crawfish fat - 1 item
- or more hot water - 1 c
How to make crawfish etouffee:
Heat skillet; add oil. Add onions, celery and peppers and cook until translucent. Add garlic, crawfish, salt, pepper, crawfish fat and water and let cook to desired thickness.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crawfish.
