Crawfish etouffee
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- medium onion - 1 item
- bell pepper - 1/2 item
- pod garlic, chopped - 1 item
How to make crawfish etouffee:
Saute onion, bell pepper and garlic in butter until tender. Stir in flour and then tomato sauce. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Add seasoned crawfish and cook on medium fire for 15 minutes. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crawfish.
