Shrimp linguine
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1/2 lb
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- lime juice - 1 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- bay leaf - 1 item
- dry white wine - 1/2 c
- basil leaves - 3/4 tsp
- fresh parsley, chopped - 1 Tbsp
- lemon pepper seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- green onions, thinly sliced - 6 item
- medium shrimp, shelled and deveined - 1 lb
- fresh snow peas - 1/2 lb
How to make shrimp linguine:
In large skillet, combine shrimp, wine, lemon juice and lime juice. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except linguine. Cook, stirring constantly, just until snow peas are tender and shrimp is opaque, about 5 minutes. Prepare linguine as package directs. Remove bay leaf from shrimp mixture. Combine shrimp mixture and hot cooked linguine; toss to coat. Refrigerate leftovers.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
