Ingredients/Components

- cranberries 16 oz - 4 c
How to make cranberry sauce:
In large saucepan, combine water and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until sugar is completely dissolved. Continue boiling rapidly for 5 minutes. Add cranberries; return to boiling. Cook, uncovered, over high heat 5 to 6 minutes or until skins pop off the berries. Remove from heat and serve.For Cranberry Sauce Mold: Cook 15 to 18 minutes during final cooking time or until drops gel when dropped on a cold plate. Turn into 4 cup mold and chill until firm.
