Ingredients/Components
- medium stalks celery, cut into 1/4-inch diagonal slices - 10 item
- can water chestnuts, drained and sliced - 1 oz
- instant chicken bouillon - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 tsp
- jar sliced pimento, drained - 1 oz
How to make crunchy celery skillet:
Cook and stir celery, water chestnuts, instant bouillon, salt and celery salt in oil over medium heat, turning vegetables constantly with pancake turner, until celery is crisp-tender, about 10 minutes.
