- egg - 1 item
- fish fillets
- to 15 saltine crackers - 12 item
How to make fried fish:
Roll crackers in a plastic bag until as fine as cornmeal. Mix egg and milk (lightly beat). Coat fish with egg and milk mixture. Shake fish in the bag of crackers. Fry in hot vegetable or olive oil.Recipe categories: < 30 mins, Time to make.
