  • sugar
  • eggs - 6 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • water - 2 c
  • soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • liquid smoke - 2 Tbsp

How to make smoked eggs:

Hard-boil eggs; peel. Run a thin skewer through eggs from top to bottom and side to side. Heat water and remaining ingredients to a boil. Put eggs in a jar. Pour boiling liquid over eggs. Cover. When cool, refrigerate 24 hours. Shake and refrigerate at least 6 hours more.
