  • cream - 1 c
  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • ground beef - 2 c
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • fresh bread crumbs - 2 c
  • onion, cut in pieces and cooked - 1 item

How to make salisbury steak:

Blend all the ingredients and form into four individual portions. Fry on both sides to a brown, about 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with gravy.
