- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 3 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- lemon extract - 1/2 tsp
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- box Duncan Hines butter cake mix - 1 item
How to make chess cake:
Mix together 1 egg, melted butter and cake mix. Pat this mixture down in a 9 x 13 inch pan.Beat 2 eggs, then add cream cheese, lemon extract and powdered sugar. Spread over 1st layer. Bake at 325° for 35-45 minutes. Test with toothpick.
