- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- onion - 1/2 item
- crabmeat - 1 lb
- green pepper - 1/2 item
- dash of nutmeg - 1 item
How to make crabmeat au gratin:
Chop onion and green pepper; cook to the tender stage in butter (do not brown). Blend in flour, then add milk and stir until thick. Add cheese, salt, nutmeg and crabmeat. Place in greased casserole.
