Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • whipping cream - 1/4 1/2
  • dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • bread crumbs - 1 c
  • green onion - 1/4 c
  • cayenne pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • crab meat - 1 lb

How to make crab cakes:

Mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs. Form cakes and dip in bread crumbs. Fry in vegetable shortening until golden brown. Serves 6.
