Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- whipping cream - 1/4 1/2
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- green onion - 1/4 c
- cayenne pepper - 1/8 tsp
- crab meat - 1 lb
How to make crab cakes:
Mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs. Form cakes and dip in bread crumbs. Fry in vegetable shortening until golden brown. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
