Ingredients/Components
- dozen oysters - 3 item
- stick butter, melted - 1/2 item
- olive oil - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- dry white wine - 2 Tbsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- grated Italian cheese - 3/4 c
- minced parsley - 2/3 c
How to make baked oysters italiano:
Drain oysters. Combine butter, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, wine and garlic. Mix bread crumbs, cheese and parsley.Make layers of oysters, liquids and crumbs. Bake at 450° until oyster edges begin to curl (about 10 to 12 minutes). Remove at once and serve. Serve with French bread to dip in juice.
