Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- light cream - 1 c
- dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
- Accent - 1 tsp
- can crab meat, flaked - 1 item
- grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese - 1 c
How to make crab quiche:
Beat eggs. Add Accent, salt and pepper. Combine cheese, flour, crab meat and cream. Pour into pie pan. Bake at 325° for 45 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Shellfish, Crab.
