Crab quiche
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- half and half - 3/4 c
- 9-inch pie shell
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- Snow crab meat or imitation - 1 c
- pieces bacon, cooked well and crumbled - 2 item
How to make crab quiche:
Set oven to 325°. Place pie shell in oven for 5 minutes. Remove. Place crabs and bacon in bottom of shell. Combine all other ingredients and pour over crab and bacon. Bake for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Shellfish, Crab.
