- eggs - 4 item
- half and half - 1 c
- shredded mozzarella cheese - 1/2 c
- small minced onion - 1 item
- a dash of salt - 1 item
- Pie Shell - 1 item
- can of crab meat - 1 item
- a dash of nutmeg - 1 item
- a dash of pepper - 1 item
How to make crab quiche:
Mix crab, onion, cheese and pour liquid over; put mixture in pie shell.Bake at 375° for approximately 40/45 minutes.
