Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- large egg - 1 item
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- crabmeat - 1 lb
- margarine for frying - 1 item
How to make crab cakes:
Mix bread, seasoning and mayonnaise. Add crabmeat; mix gently but thoroughly. If too dry add more mayonnaise. Cook cakes in frypan until brown, 5 minutes or deep fry. Makes 6 crab cakes.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
