Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chili powder
- curry powder - 1 tsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- bay leaves - 2 item
- cleaned shrimp - 8 oz
- drained tomatoes - 2 c
How to make shrimp creole:
Saute onion, garlic and green pepper in butter until tender. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, sugar, chili powder, curry powder, bay leaves and shrimp; simmer for 5 minutes. Remove bay leaves and serve.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
