Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • chopped celery - 1/2 3/4
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • Knox unflavored gelatine, softened in 1/4 c - 1 pkg
  • shrimp, cut up or 2 cans Geisha shrimp - 2 c

How to make shrimp mold:

Boil undiluted tomato soup. Stir in unflavored gelatine that has softened in 1/4 cup cool water; cook until dissolved. Add cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix well. Beat until creamy and cool. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into mold and chill.

Note: This can be used as a shrimp dip. Omit the unflavored gelatine.
