  • ReaLemon juice - 1/4 c
  • plain dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • imitation crab blend, flaked - 1/2 lb
  • additional dry bread crumbs - 1 item

How to make crab cakes:

In large skillet, brown in hot oil until golden on both sides. Yields 4 servings.
