Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 9 item
- dry mustard
- shredded cheese
- slices cubed bread - 3 item
- sausage, cooked and drained* - 1 lb
- bacon, cooked and crumbled* - 1 lb
- cubed ham* - 1 lb
How to make breakfast casserole:
*Choose one of the meats or use a mixture to make a pound.Beat eggs. Add milk, dry mustard, salt, cubed bread and shredded cheese. Combine meat with other ingredients. Put in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350°. Serves 8. May be covered and refrigerated until next day. Serve with fruit and muffins.
