  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • butter - 3 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1 item
  • bread crumbs - 1 item
  • cloves garlic - 5 item
  • onion, minced - 1 item
  • crab meat - 1 c
  • egg, scrambled - 1 item

How to make crab cakes:

Saute onion and garlic until translucent. Add flour to butter and make a roux. Mix all ingredients together, form patties and fry in oil. Drain on paper towels.
