- salt - 1 item
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- cloves garlic - 5 item
- onion, minced - 1 item
- crab meat - 1 c
- egg, scrambled - 1 item
How to make crab cakes:
Saute onion and garlic until translucent. Add flour to butter and make a roux. Mix all ingredients together, form patties and fry in oil. Drain on paper towels.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
