Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- shrimp - 2 lb
- canned tomatoes - 2 c
- chopped garlic clove - 1 item
How to make shrimp creole:
Cook shrimp; remove veins. Cook onion, green pepper and garlic until tender. Blend in flour, seasonings and tomatoes. Add shrimp and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over rice. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
