  • light cream - 1 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • slightly beaten eggs - 4 item
  • grated onion - 2 Tbsp
  • sausage - 1 lb
  • 9-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item
  • grated sharp cheese

How to make country breakfast pie:

Cook sausage and drain good (crumble). Mix sausage and cheese together in pie shell. Lightly beat eggs and add rest of ingredients. Pour into pie shell with sausage. Run a fork through mixture and mix together. Bake in 375° oven for 40 to 50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
