Ingredients/Components
- light cream - 1 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- slightly beaten eggs - 4 item
- grated onion - 2 Tbsp
- sausage - 1 lb
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item
- grated sharp cheese
How to make country breakfast pie:
Cook sausage and drain good (crumble). Mix sausage and cheese together in pie shell. Lightly beat eggs and add rest of ingredients. Pour into pie shell with sausage. Run a fork through mixture and mix together. Bake in 375° oven for 40 to 50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Breakfast, Time to make.
